Andy Blint

I would like to take this opportunity to tell you more about myself and my experience in healthcare. I am originally from southeast Wisconsin, and I earned my B.S. degree in psychology at the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee in 1995. I continued my studies at the Medical College of Wisconsin, obtaining my medical degree in 2002. Following my graduation, I pursued advanced orthopedic training as part of my residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago. In addition, I completed a year-long training program, or fellowship, sub-specializing in orthopaedic surgical traumatology at the Grant Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio.

My practice is focused on fracture care, complex pelvic and acetabular fractures, limb reconstruction, chronic bone infections and non-unions. It is my mission to provide you excellent service with compassionate care. I always strive to provide you the same high quality orthopedic care that I would offer to a member of my family.

I am active in continuing medical education and have attended and spoken at numerous lectures, made presentations, and authored several orthopedic research papers and articles. Additionally, I serve as a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Illinois College of Medicine and am affiliated with Rush University Medical Center's Residency Program.

In addition to my extensive medical commitments, I enjoy hunting, fishing, racquetball, mountain biking, golf, and spending time with my family.

Please let me know if there is anything I can do to further improve your experience at Rockford Orthopedic Associates. My goal is to provide you the best medical care available.

I am looking forward to meeting with you.
